Cristina (Cris) Potter is a Vice President and Chief Ethics and Privacy Officer for SAIC. Prior to that, she was the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Officer for the Engility Corporation. Ms. Potter also served as an Assistant Clerk of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She is a member of the working group of the Defense Industry Initiative Group (DII), the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), for which she holds the CCEP certification, the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Ms. Potter holds a Juris Doctorate from the Suffolk University School of Law as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations/Comparative Literature from Simmons College. She is a member in good standing of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia bars as well as those of the U.S. District Court (D. Mass) and the U.S. Supreme Court.
