I am currently the Executive Counsel – Ethics and Compliance at Textron Inc. I am primarily responsible for the operation the ethics and compliance program. Prior to joining Textron, I was the Associate General Counsel responsible for the Ethics and Compliance program at Textron Aviation. In the past I managed the International Trade Compliance group at Beechcraft and served as General Counsel for a company that manufactured electro-optic systems in California.
