Responsible for the coordination, execution, and review of the ethics and compliance program for the Nuclear, Security and Environmental (Government) group within the organization, including ethics & compliance related resources, business conduct investigations, conflict of interest determination reviews, communication and training for all employees. Researches compliance and ethics issues, initiatives and metrics and provides summaries and reports to senior management. Monitors department and company compliance statistics. Works in tandem to assist leadership to oversee an ethics and compliance program consistent with the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines, Federal Acquisition Regulation, and COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission) and other applicable legal standards and programmatic benchmarks.
