DII Mentor Program

DII Mentor Program

“Successful people never reach their goal alone…”

As a DII member, we are united in a common goal: to improve our ethics & compliance programs. And the DII Mentor program is a great tool to help you achieve this goal. What’s even better is that the DII Mentor Program is included in your membership – so get started today…

WHAT: The DII Mentor Program is a method for DII members to seek assistance from other DII members that have experience and/or skills in particular areas and are willing to impart with other members.
Example: “I would like to brainstorm ideas about the helpline process and key metrics” or “Our company needs help on how to evaluate our overall ethics program”

WHY: To assist fellow DII members with improving their respective ethics & compliance programs for the benefit of our individual companies and the industry

WHEN: You can request a mentor any time, and as often as you need

WHO/HOW: Refer to the table below for the current list of mentors that are available to assist you. Either directly contact them by clicking on the mentor's name below OR click HERE to request the DII Administrator to assign a mentor or to get more information on the Mentor program.
